Deposit $130 (non refundable in case of cancellation), this deposit will convert into a refundable security deposit 30 days after the move out.
Utilities included up to $60 (sixty dollars) for the 2 bedrooms apartments and up to $40.00 (forty dollars) for the large single apartments.
Minimum 28 days stay required.
All housing fee must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Wireless Services for U$28.00 valid for 28 days (minimum fee - optional)

Parking Space for U$110.00 per month (optional and based on availability)

If you are student you must have your I-20 VISA
