Welcome to Universal Student Housing! USH has been providing quality and comfortable homestays to international students since 1998. We work with over 80 colleges and universities, including UCLA, Santa Monica College, New York Film Academy, San Francisco State University, Arizona State University, and many others.

Fast & Advanced Program: Students apply online, the application is automatically entered into our database, and they are quickly matched with the best possible family based on their requirements and the availability of our hosts. Our system is completely automated so students receive the fastest answers to questions and fastest placement assignments possible. Students, schools and agents are provided login information so they have the power to check the application status and housing assignment at any time!

Screening Process: When USH receives an application from a prospective host, we review their application, run a criminal background check, and then go personally to visit the home so we can meet the host and view the accommodation. You can rest assured we will do our absolute best to place you a comfortable and safe environment!

Reliability: We currently work with over 80 colleges, universities, and trade schools throughout the USA and are constantly expanding our service area. We provide support for students and hosts and are happy to assist with any issues or problems that may arise while the student is in our homestay.
